Bomb Launcher I vs BL II?

So on looking at these.....what exactly is the difference? Because they both look almost identical besides launch time?
am I missing something? does BLII do more dmg?

Ships and modules
It can reload faster and hold one extra bomb.
Bombs are very heavy so they can be a handy thing...

IIRC my bombers only hold the two bombs in launcher, plus possibly two more in cargo. If you are hanging out in a specific system annoying people you can very quickly burn through them.

(One trick I've found is to fly some giant secure containers in in a T2 transport, anchor them in a deep safe and keep them filled with ammo, bombs, nanite repair paste etc.)
