Capital Tracking

I've been having a discussion with corp mates about the tracking of a dread in siege vs. a titan post nerf. This is without any tracking mods, etc. So fits have nothing to do with it. Am I correct in thinking a Moros in siege now will have identical tracking/sig radius to an erebus with the same guns? According to EFT they are identical but my corpmates maintain that in game they perform very differently with a dread out-tracking a Titan. Can someone clarify this for me please?

titans have a modifier to their guns that makes them have a higher miss chance vs anything smaller than a capital, so if your discussion is based around firing on subcaps, they would be correct, but if you are firing on a cap, they will have 100% identical tracking.

Ah OK, yeah it was against subcaps we were talking about. Does it say anywhere in the ship info/gun info about such a stealth debuff?

Patch Notes and 'Show Info' are your friend. Its not so much a 'stealth debuff' as it is a 'Hey, were debuffing this thing and we want all of you to know that so were letting you know what were doing'

There were several Ships and Module threadnaughts while this was in development, chock full of dev posts openly discussing the mechanic change; so not really stealthy.
