Like many, when I log in and undock I usually do so without sound. Sound interferes with voice comms is all, otherwise, no other game has such high quality audio effects and compositions/soundtracks.

Because of that, every so often I do like to turn on effects, turn on sound... shoot some rats, listen to Aurora's voice.

The other day I had one of these nostalgic moments. I haven't played with sound since Captains Quarters (which I really like) but at the same time, I was very dismayed that in Amarr stations I could no longer hear the ambient singing monks which were typical of all Amarr stations before Incarna.

I really do miss the ambient station sounds, from all the station environments. Please, when you open up the rest of ambulation, when we can leave our quarters and walk around the inside of the station, please restore the original environmental audio clips. I really do miss them, particularly the Amarr ones.

Just don't keep the Amarr station sounds. I get flashbacks of being in the rectory with Father O'Malley.....

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!

The singing monks drove me crazy...
I was happy when they stopped singing.

As a hint, in windows 7 you can set it to automute all other sounds when someone in talking on comms ;)

I use it to watch TV/listen to music while in boring fleets :-D

whenever I miss the monks I put on this marvellous piece of music: New Amarr Chant (not my find someobdy else posted it a while back)

on the new sisi build there is some kind of sounds in the amarr stations, but its broken so atm no idea what it is. At this time it sounds like somebody is making music under water.

Yes. He was spoken to and charged.

Last I heard he's doing 5-15 San Quentin.

But you can't annoy your voice companions by blasting ranomd youtube music videos at them over voice that way! P

For some reason, some people couldn't stand them. I didn't mind them TBH, but I wasn't attached enough to them to try and stop their removal if they were that annoying to others.
