I'd like to invite you to check out my corp.

I tell every recruit (a quick search on me will confirm this) that we are a "real life comes first" kind of corp. We understand that sometimes you can't be on when you usually are and sometimes RL gets in the way of EVE. A lot of our members are married, have kids, etc. No problem there! But with that said, we have a very active player base -- the vast majority of our members have been online within the last 24 hours. We're relaxed and fun. We can be joking around one minute and then, when we gear up for a fight, quickly get serious!

Our alliance holds SOV in 0.0 space near the Amarr Empire. As an experienced player, you know what that means and what all the benefits of that are.

We dabble in just about every aspect of EVE so it's quicker to tell you what we don't do than to tell you what we do do. We don't do WHs and we don't do FW. Every day our PVPers rat for a little extra money. We have an active industry division. There is almost always some people in mining fleets. Our members run missions. I happen to be a merchant -- I make trade runs from 0.0 to high sec anb back every day. Our newer members like to salvage. We have members who run anomolies (sp?) and incursions. Whatever you want to do on a given day, we probably have someone on who is doing it and can do it with you.

Our corp has 51 members (and very few alts so the people you see in corp chat are real people!) and we do fleets almost every day. If the corp doesn't have a fleet up (I'm not clear on what TZ you are in) our alliance will. Our alliance has fleets up 23/7 -- offensive and defensive. We use our alliance's teamspeak server most of the time so there are always dozens of pilots on to chat or fleet with.

We tend more towards small fleets and away from blob warfare. With that said, I have been on a few disposable frigate roams that were a lot of fun.

We don't do CTAs. We have a weekly corp ratting op on Saturdays but it is purely voluntary. We have mining fleets up in our mining system all the time but no one is forced to mine. Like I said, there are alliance fleets 23/7 but no one is forced to do it.

I am the CEO of Parahelion Industries, a startup corporation currently operating out of high-sec Caldari space. Our Mission statement is as follows:
"To construct and curate a self-sufficient and profitable corporation by simultaneously maintaining a low-cost combat fleet and protected industrial arm while applying the concepts of FIFO and good accounting practices."

Our plans are to move from High-sec in the near future into NPC 0.0, once there, we'll begin recouping expenses and preparing ourselves for an eventual move into Sov. 0.0.

In short, what we're building is a vertically integrated group that feeds into itself - the industrial sector providing a cost-effective arms stockpile that is in turn protected by our combat fleet while they protect our interests.
