I would love to see POS access control lists implemented that you could assign access to people outside of the owning corporation.

For example, grant 'can put items in' access to fuel bay to a specific pilot or corp on your contacts list, It would open up POS fuel delivery as a service that another entity could put fuel in but not remove it.

You could lease production or research slots to a particular group in the same way, they would be able to use them like it was their own lab etc. Maybe the granularity should be on a per-lab basis.
