I need a corp bulletin for corp memebers only so that we can look at what other members need in the way of skill books and items.

I wouldn't want the info to be available to general public since we live in Wormholes.

Why not use the corp forum section on these forums, which only your corp can see? Also, I'm pretty sure that corp bulletins are corp-only anyways, though I'm not 100% on that since I haven't used them much myself.
