I too had this problem when I first got my Rorqual. Try moving the BPO's for compression to the corp hangar so the only thing in the cargo hold is the heavy water and the ore you want compressed, nothing else.

In the science and industry tab is the owner set to "me"? Should be on "me" and not "corporation".

I'm running out of ideas at this point, as long the owner is set to "me" the cargo hold has nothing but heavy water and ore/ice to be compressed and the compression BPO's are in the corp hangar in the rorqual you should be able to start a job by right clicking on the BPO in your corp hangar. I say relog and try again, or petition at this point.

One more thing, you do have all the prerequisite ore skills at 4 for refing and Advanced mass production at 4 right? I know that sonds like a silly quesion, but sometimes the obvious answer is the easiest.

I was also having the same problems, i petitioned and got a response that its a common issue with rorquals. Who would have thought... anyway i was told to change it to region and that should take care of not seeing it. I just waited a week and now everything seems to be okay. I did however repackage it and bought new rigs.

But you didn't say if you actually activated the core P

Nor if you put "Type" to Personal.

EDIT: lol at necro thread.

But while I'm responding to a dead thread I might as well:

He's not looking for his jobs, he's looking for his installations, as in manufacturing lines.

K first you heavy water for industrial core goes to fuel bay and once the core is running, you go and check the industry window which should have plenty of tabs and options to fiddle with, what you need is personal and my ship as selected and then "manufacturing" not "all jobs" or will not see anything.

But anyway who ever at CCP came up with the idea on rorqual's compression pipeline working identically to other manufacturing jobs without queuing ability should be shot ... repeatedly and preferably fed to wood chipper Evil

Queing would be awesome, BUT, if you can jump with overfilled cargobay (?) it would also give you ability to jump-transport unlimited amounts of minerals in a single trip.

Given how you'd have to do it in ore form, maybe not such a big deal?

1. Find a nice spot in the POS force field next to an array filled with lots of ore.
2. Put heavy water into the Rorqual's fuel bay. You won't be needing any isotopes, so you might as well as remove any.
3. Activate the Industrial Core.
4. I like to keep the compression BPO in the Rorqual's coporate hangar, and just type the ore name into the search field for the type of ore (ore must be in the Rorqual's cargohold), so no other BPO appear in the window. Right-click and select Manufacturing.
5. When the job is complete, deliver it via the S&I window.

The Rorqual's compression lines show on the Science and Industry Installations tab:
* Activity: Manufacturing
* Location: Any
* Type: Personal
* Prod Category: All
* Prod Group: All
