all ships and containers missing from hangar - RESOLUTION ON FIRST PAGE

i currently am missing all of my ships and fits from at least one of my hangars. i had them before downtime. Aura sees my ships, and the assets window states that there's 42 items in-station, but none are available to me. i have bid on a contract but not accepted or fulfilled one for at least a week.

i have created a petition, but i wanted to post here because invariably someone else has this issue.

anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I also have this issue. Glad someone else has had it and it is likely a bug, instead of account being hacked or something.

all those posters can link their issue to the contract system. i can't, therefore a different thread since it's possible it's a different issue.

I accepted a contract, which appears to have caused this issue. Sigh.

here's how i resolved it.

while in station, i couldn't see anything in space. all other hangars except the main one had everything in them. however, once i launched into space and waited long enough to for the assets screen to update, i was able to see everything in my hangar in assets. i contracted everything to an alt through the assets screen, then had them contract it back. everything was visible then.
