Exactly what it says in the name.

- Perfect siege linking tengu.
- All skirmish link skills V and just 13 days away from perfect skirmish linking loki.
- Has fleet command trained, allows 3 layers of fleet boosts or siege/skirmish across very large fleets.
- Capable recon pilot, falcon, will have rapier in 13 days, has cyno V.
- Logi V for basi and will have scimmy in 13 days.
- Good engineering, electronics and drone supports.
- Very good mining skills, exhumers V, astrogeology V and much more.

10b isk.doesnt worth more considering i found better toons at about 45+ sp m skill points with all cruiser in 5 and perfect leadership,support,subsystems at and even missiles or guns in 15b isk .
