Buy a very expensive ship that most people can fly ( Raven navy issue, or any other 300+ mil ship )

Perhaps even a marauder or something crazy.

Fit officer smartbombs.

Advertise that you're going to give it away at a specific location.

Wait for hordes of people to arrive.

When they are all in their pods and waiting to jump in you activate all smartbombs and watch the biggest concord of all time appear plus your sec status drop to about -10.0.

The rest of the money could come in handy, so send me some :)

you should do something noble for the eve economy and screw with the goons in the process. offer a 1B isk reward for every Goon POS taken down in a hi-sec gallente ice system. or contract some hisec corps to wage war on them.

just think of all the pretty explosions that would ensue.

Buy a Guardian Vexor and go spam the jita 4-4 undock with your 10 drones :P

I agree - OP will buy a new face from the bazaar and carry on playing. Am going to bite anyways.

Speak to the CCP team that organises live events.

Spend your 40bn on putting together your perfect fleet.

Ask them to let you FC a Fleet composing all of your ships and a whole pile of Devs of your choice, attacking a random system that you choose. Incursion style effects would apply in full. Concord is nullified.

Give an event to the community - go out in style.

You do have to spend the full 40bn - your character is automatically biomassed when your ship is destroyed.

Edit - this would be a nice way to weed out the "I quit" rage-posters. Make them commit.

Goto Jita & buy 40 billion's worth of shuttles & a Orca, undock with your hold filled with shuttles.
Eject the shuttles into space outside 4-4.

Now do this till the JITA node crashes & CCP ban you for 10,000 shuttles in jita space @ 4-4

buy as many melted nanoribbons as you can, hop into a hulk and go ice mining, get ganked by the goons and have an alt pick up the nanoribbons before the goons can get to it making the goons cry like little babies from losing billions from a wreck!

or run around null buying random stuff and selling it back to them for extra isk. then claim to be with their blues and cause an eve version of a world war!

or even better, go into fw and join some fleets and get their standings into the negatives by shooting the station's guns or random wrecks!

or pay a whole bunch of mercs to war dec a bunch of nullsec alliances that are all red to each other. it'd be even better if you found a huge carebear corp and get them to war dec them instead.

click the link in my signature, although I had a little under a trillion isk for all those events, you could do something similar with your budget if you want to have fun while you spend/ give away all your isk.

40bil budget you could do the following fun event:

• Setup a deathstar in a dead end lowsec system
• Get some pos gunners and set pos to shoot all on site
• Put an unmanned rare ship (or two) in the middle of your pos (Guardian Vexor probably best for the low skill requirement)
• Surround your pos with 300 cans
• Put the pos password in ten (or less) of the cans
• First person to get inside the pos gets the ship
• First person to takeout the rare ship wins the rest of your isk
