There's always the female-only channel created by whatserface. Uermm, Coffeechips or something.

But thinking everyone else does this too, is not cool, just stupid.

On avatars, of which I have 12 now, I just hit the random button until something that doesn't annoy me too much comes up. Maybe some small tweaks on top.

Yeah, my whole post was kind of about how people see things in different ways.

Whoops.

Yeah I'm not saying you are stupid, just the people who need your explanation to understand that. But, being stupid, they still won't, no matter how well you explain things. They don't want to either.

People do see things differently, all the time, every day. But wouldn't it be most beneficial to the community, society and/or the world, if we could all just move past this fear a lot of others seem to show? If people could stop worrying about what another person's sexuality is or isn't, because in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't even flippin' matter. Neither does the fact that I play a female avatar, being a guy in real life, and Joe Schmoe over there plays a guy, because he is a guy and is proud of it.

It just doesn't matter.

I never made a thread one. Why do you think I am adamant? No I am not afraid of my sexuality. I love women period they are awesome. I am not afraid of gay men or bi-men or married same sex. I just know what they are missing. Not fear just more for me. To be gay is to miss out on the best things in life.

Are you gay and Hetrophobic?

I'm straight as they come, but you've been hitting that reply button in all of these threads, making sure everyone knows you're a man and anyone who has a female avatar and real balls is a freak. So tell me again...who got you in game? Who ruined you?

I think I called it pretty good in the other thread. The way he is shouting out his masculinity its obvious that he is trying to reassure himself more than us but the truth of the matter is that he is actually unsure of what he believes he enjoys, but he doesn't want to drop the man's man iron curtain so he keeps repressing those feelings while playing the great act. Sadly he will go through life more lost than the guys who enjoy cute pixelated rear ends while they play in a fantasy world.

Yeah, that would be nice.
We're kind of here for a game, which should kind of be detached from real life.

I've said about all I have to say, I guess.

Except for this:

That is an absolutely horrible thing to say.

Why? Why are gay people so scared of their own sexuality? be happy be gay I don't care. To never touch a woman would be like being blind to me a sad sad thing.

Why do you assume you know so much about someone in Internet Spaceships Online? I could assume the same thing about you, but i dont, because i have no way of knowing your sexuality and your views of it.

Also, not sure why people are getting so offended at him saying that gay people miss out on the best things in life... Its his opinion, he is welcome to it; I happen to agree with him.

Just under 6% of players are female.

Cannot remember where I saw this though, so I may be wrong.

6%? that's shockingly bad, The Entertainment Software Association reckons that 47% of gamers are female.

Although I'm surprised the ESA figure is that high if some of the horror stories I've been told by female gamers are true, they get a lot of abuse.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Honest answer? I think I chose female because I wanted to create a character or an alter ego way different from RL, and changing gender highlights this.

I use EVE to relax, to get work out of my head and this would not work if my character would resemble my RL persona. I can only speak for myself but I find it plausible that a lot of people (for whatever reason) want there alter EGO in EVE being different from Rl and changing gender is part of that.

Seriously, don't take me serious, I MEAN IT...seriously
