I like the specialization, and the name. ;)

I don't buy characters often, but here's my input - take it as you will:

Key selling points:
Great laser skills, great Amarr ship skills, definitely an Amarr-central toon
Great cultural purity - could make a good roleplaying toon for those who are interested
Good ship spread - T2 cruisers and frigates are all options, but I think you're missing a lot of training for some of them

Key things that could be changed:
I wouldn't market this as a Legion toon, not many people fly Legions, try an Abaddon/Zealot toon instead with T2 large lasers, you might get picked up faster by people looking for Hellcat alts (FotM for nullsec fleets right now, armor brick Abaddons with lots of DPS and lots of buffer)
An Amarr pilot without Hull Upgrades V... ?!?!?
Needs Weapon Upgrades V badly
Needs some work on armor compensation skills - all IVs minimum IMHO
Needs subsystem Vs to truly market as a Legion char, although again, I wouldn't do this, the demand is pretty ******
Lastly, Amarr BS V would make this char very valuable

As it stands, I would value this char at roughly 4.5b depending of course on individual buyer demand. If you finish up Hull Upgrades V (seriously do this immediately, it's embarrassing) and change it to an Abaddon/Zealot char, you could probably get it up to 5b. If you also get Weapon Upgrades V, patch up your armor comps, and then patch in some skills for other T2 cruisers (not sure if you can fly a Devoter, for example, but that would add value), you could probably get 5.5-6b if you find the right buyer.
