ISK sent however the transaction is delayed due to a character on my account currently transferring out.

That character is due to complete the transaction in 8-10 hours from now if i'm not mistaken.

Seller promised to begin the transfer when it allows him to :)

You guys realise that you can set roles so chars can only access cetain hangers?
