If one found a wormhole that linked 2 trade hubs Could you sell that?

not quite. Thats just pure luck; when the exits closes ad respawn it wont be same location. Some sellable features you would want to list is its class, pi capabilities, cataclysmic effects, etc.

I'm sure someone would pay for that, but you would need to sell it fast so buyer can actually use it before it collapses.
