Issues, Workarounds & Localization

i try to load the game and i'm greeted by the station interface, chat window, and inventory screens i had up... but the inventory never finishes loading, i'm given a generic spacey background, and i cant interact with any of the windows. also, eve gate says bluewolf is "out of pod" or something like that under active ship.

i believe this may have been caused by a previous bug in which i successfully put a ship on contract that i was currently piloting and logged off. i assumed this would correct itself but i think i was wrong.
