I would be completely in favor of making larger busts look more realistic for avatars. They actually did look more realistic back before the geometry change with Incursions, including the way clothing draped.

I won't argue about whether one size range is better or not because I think that's subjective, and yes, I can understand your viewpoint.

(8.5 for your portrait, BTW, and 8.5 Ginseng)

Thanks for the compliment... I resized her with various shirts on and tried to push it to the point where the cloth physics begin looking unreal. Then shrinked a bit as they say that the CQ renderer renders an additional cup size (haven't checked myself).

I like the face and body, she looks like an actual person as opposed to most of the female avatars in EVE, which look more like mannequins designed by horny 12 year olds.
