Join a mission running corp thats your best bet.

I don't know if it's still active, but there is/was an in-game chat channel named "HelpMyMission" just for this purpose Smile

Here is a plug for a corp I used to run with: ROC Academy. Their big on training players, but have lots of vetrans who run level 4s in there to fund their projects and such. Probably the best group to mission with if you are into US Hockey (but you don't need to be), give them a shout for some missions in the general Rens area.
