CCP you have allowed Goonswarm to exploit the EVE game mechanics. I will be the first one to laugh at you when EVE dies and you lose your jobs!! I hear Aion has job openings.

This thread is almost as stupid as the one I started about refunding hulk points...almost Lol Seriously this is being discussed in 12 other threads, why create another. And wanting people to lose jobs, shame..tsk tsk.

Okay I will bite how have Goonies exploited a mechanic.

Which is defined as using a known bug for personal gain.
So first you have to point out how a mechanic was INTENDED to be used.
Then point out the flaw.
And third show how Goonies are using that flaw for personal benefit.


If you can do that then you have a case to get some people banned if CCP believes that is the appropriate punishment.

Now with all that being said you could have a case for Harassment.

Now that only works now because the Goonies put a indefinite timeline on their payments.
See before it was just a op to kill Exhumers.

Now you MIGHT be able to say.

That the Goonies intent is to drive a select group of players out of the game.
High-sec miners.
Proof of which is that they are committed to paying out gankers for an indefinite amount of time.

That could be considered Harassment.

But the result could simply be Goonies removing there payments.
Does it really change the situation, not really.

But I suppose if someone petitioned CCP under those lines they might have to do something about it or nothing.

As Baltec rightfully said "list" and you'll find no exploit.

What you fail to understand is clearly the lack of mechanics to be exploited, not the other way around. That's why hulkageddon success like it was at some point noobies can flipping in noobies systems.

It's like businessman moral, the more he looses money the more he gets some. Not the other way around.
