Noctis tractor and salvage button issue?

Lately I've noticed that when salvaging in my Noctis, the tractor beam and salvager buttons don't always work when clicking on them. I find I have to click on them more than once to get them to work. I can see the button depress. I've even had it where the tractor beam won't even activate at all when clicked on. When this happens it's only one of the 4 buttons that doesn't work. Upon re logging, a button that previously didn't work will start working again. I know I can access these all with the alt/ctrl alt + 1-4, but that's not always convenient. Just had this happen to me too. when reloading missiles for my tengu, sometimes it reloads to 28 instead of 40 missiles. then when activated it will reset to 40 missiles. Never had this happen before and couldn't find anything in the forums about it.
Anybody else ever have this problem?

the above problem seemed to have gone away but after yesterdays "patch", it's BACK! very frustrating! can't believe i'm the only one experiencing this problem. will file an in game bug report when it happens again.
