Just as FYI:

1. EVE sees a decline EVERY summer, ever since eve went live, why? its summertime, and not everyone out there needs to be inside, there is a real life sandbox outside too :) how do i know this? i dunno prob cause this is a 2003 character, made a few days after EVE went live.

2. You can mine whereever you want, as long as you pay attention to the screen and are aligned to warp. gankers always do a quick fly-bye before the gank, and if your smart, youll have overview scrolled out to see what pops in at range. If something doesnt look right, fly off.

3. transporting expensive small stuff :
smallest ship you can fly, modules :

Inertia Stabilizers increase the agility of the ship, making it turn faster.

Nanofiber Internal Structure reduces the mass of the ship, making it accellerate faster.


And the sklill you want is Evasive Maneuvering

and voila: impossible to gank, even with level 1 mods.
