I'm looking for specialisation in one ship class mainly so BS, cruiser, bc, even frigs, budget can be a lot bigger but tbh I'd prefer to find someone that isn't very high sp. I prefer to train them up myself.

cheers, a project is exactly what i'm after but I have to be honest, I'm not nuts about pirates unless they are 50m sp plus, I just find the grind too tedious for lower sp chars.
