I run two accounts on my computer. One day while running missions, one of my character suddenly comes up looking like this:

My other account, running at the same time, on the same machine looks fine:

So what gives? And does anyone know how to fix it?

did you just....tie dye your character...........

wonder if he thought about turning it off then back on again, one of the first bits of advice ever given next to "is it switched on"
