Do to extreme demand, ORE has been working hard and has successfully found a method to build their popular Exhumer class ships without using moon materials.

In a quote from ORE
In actual fact the new version is just as good as the old version. It is just cheaper to build and uses common materials, something which we really needed to meet the demand of our customers"

The new version will cost about 4 times the amount of asteroid minerals as a current Exhumer but will not require any Moon Materials.
Current methods for researching the BPC's will remain the same.
Check it out on SISI.

LATE BREAKING NEWS

In a later announcement ORE engineers hinted that they may be able to boost the shielding for the current ships however that would require the use of moon materials, however engineers feel the extra price would be worth it for those who need the extra protection in more dangerous sections of space.

I admit.... I thought this was a serious post, until I saw the underlined part.

I don't know dude, have you ever met any costumers? They can be a demanding bunch and have easy access to a wide array of sharp implements!

Best solution is best: Don't mine or be on gankers side

The only way CCP does something about how pathetic mining and mining barges are is by using in game rules to screw up everything you love untill enough rage nerds move on to something else, then the red light shines on Hilmar bureau and he starts yelling at everyone around Lol

With this being said, mining/miners op success Lol

Pretty amusing. So I assume you've been taking orders in advance for these - payment upfront, of course?

This phase one of the fabled Ship re-alignment?

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships
