Faction warfare plexing is broken

With the change to Faction warfare the flavor of the month has become making LP with absolutely ZERO risk. Prior to the change to get LP you had to run missions. While they where not hard, you had to do something to earn the LP. Now all people do is get into a Stabbed, incursus, rifter or what have you and run around the button for 10 minutes or so. They dont have to kill the rats or even take any chance with pirates or the other factions.

I am sad to see this, it has garnered a mentality of i can gain without risk, so why fight? Faction warfare is now flooded worse than before. Before the change we had carebear missioners all through out the factions. But this required skill and risk. Now we have skill less, both in SP and actual skills, pilots running around making tens of millions of isk for no challenge or risk.

At least in a FW mission you had to spend time in both travel and killing the objective. I admit this was easy but everyone and there brother could come after you and you actually had a ship that would hurt to lose. Now a 1,000,000 isk ship can do it all.

Plexing is Broken, its too darned easy. FW should be more about risk. Make the plexes require you to kill all the rats, make them a challenge. Instead you have made an isk printer out of a 1,000,000 isk ship that a noob on a trial could pay for his first plex with.

I am not upset with my factions enemies for exploiting this or any other faction. I am upset that the fights that we used to get in plexes are now gone. Isnt FW supposed to be about fighting each other and not printing isk?

Well for me it's great to see that many WTs plexing. A lot more targets, a lot more small scale PvP. I don't think plexing should be regulated by NPCs. Indeed those NPCs are very annoying when it comes to PvP. And it's about PvP, right?

Seeing as FW is in low-sec it is already hugely more risky than any isk activity in high sec.

I think there is a big enough risk in plexing, from the fights I have seen the 22ND getting it seems they're not just spinning empty plexes like the old days. (though I would imagine some systems have that happening)

Honestly I think it was a great change, people are flying and FW and killing one another, systems are contested again.
The only stupid thing I realised is there is now no incentive to take all systems because you can't make any LP after that.

*edit*
Also I believe they were talking about changing plexes so they couldn't be speed tanked and even the possibility of announcing where sites are being taken in order to create more fights and stop plexing with no risk.

Plexing is an important part of FW not just for Sov mechanics but also to fund the whole thing in the first place. I think they just need to iterate NPC balance so lone frigates can't cap unrestricted major strongholds. This can be solved by adding webbing towers and/or MWD inhibiting towers or something similar.
