I'm looking to pick up a Industrial/Mining toon ASAP.

I'm looking for a toon with skill points between 15-25 mill SP.

Must be able to fly a close to perfect hulk, with great refinery skills! Must be able to fly an Orca with good leadership skills! And being able to fly a Freighter would be a great bonus and would increase the amount I'm willing to pay.

I'm willing to pay up to 8B for this character... But it better be amazing! Must have Positive Wallet, Sec Status, No kill rights, and NO poor standings with ANY of the 4 MAJOR FACTIONS(Gallente, Minmatar, Caldari, Amarr)!

Nice Character, but I don't need any of the combat skills. You good luck though, price is fair.
