How exactly do I make a new Alt?

So I made a new alt but I am not allowed to play with it yet. Is there some sort of topic on this forum where I can find more information about creating a alt? Thanks

If you mean you have created a new account via the buddy program.

The answer to that is you can not have a client that has a subscription and a client that is on trial logged in at the same time.
Simply close the subscribed client and log in to the trial account.
Once the 21days are up and you upgrade to a active subscription you will then be able ot have both accounts logged in at the same time.

Please define what you mean with not allowed to play on it. As there are multiple possible issues that I can think off that are happening.

The problem is solved. I was running two accounts at the same time and thus I could play with the trail account. Had to log off from my main character before I could start playing with the Trial one.

If you are planning on upgrading the trial account to a full account anyways, you can do it anytime during the trial period and still keep the free days remaining. This way you can play both on separate clients at the same time.
