There are some 20 ish dreads caps and super capes in high sec.

It goes back to when they were first introduced to eve. Ccp never thought that they would be made so fast by players and also never thought to lock them out of high sec.

They are allowed to undock but are not allowed to Buff rep or agro. It they do so they will be bounced to low sec by a dev. Not sure if the bounce is random

All player that have dreads caps and supers were told this by ccp and upon agreeing to these rules they can keep them in high sec.

Just look up titans in high sec, you have google, use it

Funnily enough, if you google "titans in high sec" you get taken to the EVEopedia article about capitals in highsec. This article explains the mechanism by which there are CAPITALS in highsec, and even goes on to say if a GM finds a SC in highsec it will be removed.

Not sure how many times people can say this, there are no legal supercaps in highsec. There are no rules for them, other than "you can't have that there at all". If you have one there, it is by GM abuse/mistake and will be moved.

A few also got in when Incarna was released (through a glitch) but they were all taken out, and could never dock.
my bad

Look up known capital ships in high sec and you get ton of pages. And there are rules as set by ccp for the few SC owners in high sec. But yes you can not legally bring a SC to high sec NOW. But as stated above there were way to do so which have since been blocked.

But it works in ccp favor to let hem stay as new player will hear about them nd see them and want to have one so .... Ccp get more moneys.

I personally think dreads should be let into high sec through gates.

Look at all the people who don't get the difference between a cap and a supercap.

Capitals could briefly be produced in highsec. People who built them there and never jumped out can keep them indefinitely, as long as they adhere to a strict non-combat policy.

There was never a CCP-sanctioned way to get supercaps in highsec. However several have gotten there through game bugs or GM actions. If you undock in one you will be teleported out as soon as a GM finds out.

Dreads could be built as following:
June 2005 -> December 2005: 0.0 - 1.0
December 2005 -> September 2007: 0.0 - 0.7
September 2007 -> Present: 0.0 - 0.4

Carriers could be built as following:
December 2005 -> September 2007: 0.0 - 0.7
September 2007 -> Present: 0.0 - 0.4

Roqual could be built as following:
August 28th 2007 -> September 3rd 2007: 0.0 - 0.7 (Note though that NONE of these ships could ever be completed on time and was moved to low-sec)
September 2007 -> Present: 0.0 - 0.4

Supercarriers(Motherships) and titans could be built as following:
December 2005 -> Present: 0.0 only

Any dread appearing in 0.8-1.0 after December 16, 2005 (RMR) is not a legal ship.
Any capital created/appearing in high-sec after September 3rd, 2007 (Revelations 2.2) is not a legal ship.
Any carrier appearing in 0.8 or above is not a legal ship.
Any Rorqual appearing in high-sec is not a legal ship.
Any supercap appearing in 0.5 or above is not a legal ship.

Hi, Your corporation owned a large ship assembly array in high security space. As it is not intended for these arrays to be available in high security, they are now being removed. As such, the array has been unanchored, and the Rorqual in production (due 2007.09.09 12:07) has been canceled. In order to retrieve the ship, please file a stuck petition after this point and we will give you the ship in a low security empire system of your choosing. We apologise for the inconvenience. I have a super in my pants. There is a rumour it undocks once in a while, under very strict rules. It has been called many things, but not grandfather (yet). There are some "screenshots" from special events, tho I am quite sure that I would violate some kind of rules posting those..

Hope that clears things up a bit.

No, go ahead and link me these rules. Go on.

You can't because they don't exist.

ONE last time: there has never (ever ever ever) been a legal way of getting a SC into highsec. There have been GM abuses and mistakes, and one glitch that allowed it. In all cases, they are removed when found.

You cannot legally own a SC in highsec. Capital != supercapital. Capitals are allowed under the rules Chribba noted above.

Lordy.
