Been thinking of trying this one out, with the new Module:

Curse - New Setup

High:
Medium Energy Neutralizer II
Medium Energy Neutralizer II
Small Energy Neutralizer II
Small Energy Neutralizer II

Mid:
Experimental 10MN Microwarpdrive
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Medium Capacitor Booster II

Stats @ 5 without Implants are:
365 DPS
37,629 EHP
1,438 M/S

This seems like a good build on paper, but I just wanted to get some thoughts. Cheers.

You can also go 3x Medium Neuts and 2x Small Neuts, but without Implants and a possible rig change, you won't be fitting a MWD on it, It will be an Afterburner instead.

Anyway, I would probably put a cap battery on it, and drop some of the small neuts for heavy missile launchers, and drop an extender for a cap battery. I might also put a low slot eccm on so if you run into a totally underpowered and paper thin ecm boat he can't get an automatic jam on your overpowered and incredibly robustly tanked recon. Because we all know that ecm boats are incredibly thin (or so it's posted on the forums all the time) while all other recons are blessed with incredible tanks.

Don't mind me just loving the idiocy of CCP nerfing cap warfare boats but scared to nerf ecm again lest they simultaneously double the bonuses to 60% per level.Roll

Please for the love of god just google eve thriller watch the video, and steal ellatan's fit. Its a damn good fit, few changes Ive made on mine. Take his fit put it into eft and play with it, I've taken 1 nano outa mine and 1 drone amp to give it a try.......not feeln the loss in speed.....need low set of snakes atleast, drone amp....been working pretty good though.

You don't need massive amounts of neuts in a solo fit, you just need 2 to bring the target down really quickly and then a small to keep him there. Also, using a TD really helps a lot with your defenses given the fact that you don't want to attack things like a drake anyway.
