Want to know what a Good Tengu pilot goes for. Dont care if he hasnt run missions

Depends on what kind of skills it has, and if it was just specced for a Tengu. I'd use the search function if I were you, or start looking through the pages on here, it's not hard to find Tengu pilots. In fact it's hard to go a page on the Character Bazaar without seeing one. Do your own research it's quite easy.
