Since you are looking for small gang/fleet pvp Genstar Inc may be the corp for you. Why you might ask, well that is easy (at least, as easy as things get in eve ;)

We base in lowsec so all you have to do is step out the front (docking bay) door to get some pew on without concord raining on your fun.

We are an actively recruiting smaller corp, you won't be just another nameless face. We welcome players of all skills with a passion for the game.

We are a gal-Mil FW corp, which provides more targets, more things to do, and isk income directly from PvP with enemy militia (thank you for that ccp :D ). We are also seeing a large influx of activity and targets into the "warzone".

We also realize as much fun as eve is, real life comes first, we don't do mandatory ops, or have a melt down if you want to take a week or more off eve like some corps do :)

we are a 6 year old corp that is atm a part of waterboard alliance and pvp along with em in curse and regions around, we also do other stuff like exploration (combat booster++) and make em.
