Buyer always pays 3rd party, and 16bn wouldn't even cover the mineral cost of a new one atm. =)

But its still the worst supercap around.
And the ones being sold was more than likely bought for 12-14bn (yes, they were that low not so long ago)

thats why I'm not gonna pay more than 16bn for a ship.
