WTF?!?! Latest Incursion nerf: no sites to run

Just made the trip to the latest Incursion system to spawn & nothing there to do... NO SANSHA
Y do you hate us DEV's? Whats next? 33 jumps later & now I hear GM's say can't do anything about it for 12 hours

it's probably something wrong with the database which means they can't touch it while the game's live.
would be nice if they could put something into place where they could send an alert to a certain area rather than the entire galaxy that the node is going to go down, then once everyone in that area is offline or out of the area, they can take it offline to do what they need to without needing to wait till reset.
EDIT: also, I tried to post this to the forums when I first found out about 4 hours ago when it first spawned, but the forums kept getting ganked when I went to post.

not really, just a victim of the random number generator that decides the spawn location.
