As the title says - he can Capital shield use, capital remote rep and ready fro remote energy transfers. Also cna use the clone vat and compress all ores - all trained to at least level 4.

Ice Harvesting capable and processing

In 45 days he will be done training. You can choose to train more in drones if you wish but it isnt a must for this character so im not going above what he has now.

In 45 days I will seek to sell this toon until sold my B/O in 45 days will be 15 bil.

You can get it right now for 12 bil b/o so save yourself 3 bil by training it yourself for Fleet command 4 for 45 days.

I know what the character appraiser says and I also know that this toon is worth a lot more than the appraiser which only accounts for costs and not demand.

This kind of character doesnt come around much - get it now while you can.
