Sp is a little spread, however he's got a very good base.

T2 Medium Projectiles
T2 Light Projectiles and Hybrids
Can fly all Minmatar/Gallente t1/t2Frigates (Great Dram/Daredevil Pilot)
3 days off Minmatar Recons
Can fly Scimitar
+5 Implant set in one clone (+4 charisma)
LG Halo set in another JC, Along with frigate hardwirings. (can list if needed, nothing too special)
Third JC With the Genolution Set, and +3's. passive tank hardwirings.
Loki subs at 4 (Defense @ 5)
