Idea for Asteroid Belts

And if the "warp to" Asteroid Belts were removed and in each solar system you would have Small Hidden Asteroid Belts around random planets with random respaws, that you can only reach if you scan it down with normal probes ?

I think that it would give more dynamism for the game, boost fun, **** the boters and maybe revive low sec.

Doing it maybe could change low sec low demographic rate. It would make ganking miners at low sec a little bit harder, and i think that it maybe will be stimulus enought to revive low sec.

What do you guys think about it Question

Sorry for being new at forum. I'm too lazy to read all the threads and make stupid comments on it

double like from me for being a nice guy.

One thing mate. Almost everything you can think of to improve the game has been posted on this forum many many times.

So you will see the same ideas coming up again and again.

Also if you want scanning its just additional skills that need to be trained

Here's a condensed version of the ideas I've liked over the last few years: http://mararinn.blogspot.com.au/2012/04/mining-is-boring.html

I prefer the static asteroid belt + grav site dynamic that we have currently.

Miners who don't mind being a bit more exposed can warp to and mine from pre-mapped belts. While more risk-adverse miners can take the extra time and effort to scan down a grav site.

The same dynamic applies to those who hunt the miners. Lazy pirates/gankers will just check the belts and hunt those who mine there. More dedicated pilots will whip out the scanner for the chance to hunt down the grav miners.

It gives players a choice in their level of risk vs. effort without reducing risk to 0.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.

Look at the login screen, maybe CCP is hinting at something.

It dosnt make sence that in a world where ships can jump from system to system that we dont actually know where the belts are already and can set a course for them just because we already know.

Too lazy to use the "search" function to see if your ideas has been offered previously?

Then why the hell would you "scan" in the game to find an asteroid field if you are too lazy to search?

This is a video game based off of a made up futuristic universe. There's a lot of things that won't make sense.

Someone told me recently that EVE has sound, so I tried it...

The music on the login screen with the floating asteroids makes more sense that ever before. Sounds like a horror movie intro.

Pavlov's dog kinda training for the next time you look at space rocks.
