Since you can't participate with other alliance who you word with since they can all be consider B-team, all 0.0/WH/Low-sec and pirates are out of the PvP ATX

By other words only high-sec mining alliance participate why can't you guys understand thatQuestion

Either that or there is a difference between:
"practicing against another team in mock-tournament conditions"
and
"join the same corporation in a private wormhole with shared logistics, strategies, fittings and ships, practicing together in mixed teams, when the rule against collaboration was set up specifically to stop you doing exactly this like you did the previous year"

No wait your explanation seems more likely.

Sreegs clearly called PL and sniggs as A- and B-teams, like hydra and outbreak. You can say whatever you want about situation, it doesn't change this simple fact.

I do agree that situations were different, and from my perspective - neither pl/sniggs nor RvB should've been considered as A- and B-team, they were just put on sacrificial stone to justify hydra/ob punishment.

It's sad that you don't see impact of whole thing on your own alliance.

Practicing against another team = Seeing and understanding every single setup they test against you

If they are your only practice partner = They see all your setups that you decide to test (this doesn't imply that these are all the setups you have)

Joining the same corporation does not change this in any way except make logistics easier in a WORMHOLE

There is effectively no difference unless you're dense enough to believe that 0utbreak's presence in a second corp somehow prevents them from understanding all the strategies, fits and ships we test against them. This is true for any two teams that test while in separate corporations.

This has to be the weakest argument ever given as evidence that we are one team and it seems to be your ONLY arguement.

Not to mention that their lack of communication has not been addressed by them especially where they personally contacted other alliances to sort things out.

It's completely clear that this is the result of a personal grudge because all the actual evidence is in our favour. It's a shame that certain individuals at CCP can't put aside personal feelings and act professionally.

We both know this is complete horseshit.

You ruined last tournament and seemed on course to do exactly the same again this year. At what point should CCP step in if not now?

What did you think that rule meant exactly?

The only horseshit is your posting.

Good job not addressing a single point and posting questions that have been answered before ad nauseum.

I don't see a problem with applying the rules to different circumstances differently. Why shouldnt CCP take a nuanced approach?

RvB is obviously good for the game and tournament
PL and Sniggwaffe teams weren't collaberating in practice but to avoid the potential one was removed.
Genos and Outbreak just deliberately ignored the rule introduced as a specific result of their behaviour which ruined last tournament. Of course their punishment was worse.

how we ruined it? we ruined by being best in PvP and in metagaming at the same time? so being the best is now same as ruining things. ok. i got your point

horseshit.

how something that dont have any definite statements regarding actual gameplay can even be called a rule?

if ccp would have said something "practicing on testserver in wh in the same corp is forbidden" - who would be against it?

but no, they said something that can be interpreted as they wish.
what are we a freaking clairvoyants to know what they meant with this?? wtf?

Any idiot could work out that practicing as one team would fall foul of a rule forbidding two entrants who were "effectively one team".
