Hi, when I create a fleet alliance members can't join.

What's the logic behind the fleet advert tool? Only tutorial I could find was an outdated eve wiki. How do I set it so all blue's can join?

For fleets with just my alliance I check corp, alliance and leave the rest of the settings alone. Sometimes it bugs out so drop fleet and do it again.

Also at all time tick the box saying hide fleet boss info or something (last box possible). This hides your location for possible spies or if the fleet by accident is open to public view
