Hey there.

Looking to buy a starter toon to be used for future PvP.
Nothing amazing, low SP with good solid early PvP skills.

Minnie or Gallente Toons only, no cross training.
Small budget, 3b is my limit.

Just looking for a alt with a nice SP injection to start.
