must have

Arrow Want Cal and or Min but if it has gal/ama as well as one of the cal/min skills i may consider it as well
Arrow T3 subs to at least 4
Arrow Command ships are also nice
Arrow Decent leadership skills (the bigger the better) WC V at a min
Arrow Able to shoot sumthing more then a light missile or t1 gun
Arrow Sub caps are better then caps but for the right toon i may be swayed
Arrow not interested in ****** indy skills - keep your PI and your hulk/freighter pilots

Arrow Only serious offers please dont waste my time and i wont waste yours
