Launcher issues following today's downtime

We ran into some problems with the launcher following today's downtime, our engineers have fixed the problem. Please restart your launcher and let us know here if you have any further issues after restarting.

^^ that part didn't work. it kept crashing until after I ran the repair tool.

launcher started an update... and shows: CantResolveUrl
i closed the launcher and retried it, same. closed it again and ran the repair tool... no change

people showing in corpchat even tho they have logged off . patch of today hasnt fixed it it seems.


plus the new inventory system is still rather crap

restarted three times... no joy. repaired twice; it said it was successfully repaired... no joy still. doing a complete reinstall of this char as I type. Maybe my other two chars won't require a reinstall... (PLEASE!!!- it takes forever)

launcher on osx does not update! no repair option avalilable.
please point to a sane way to fix this ccp.

trying complete redeploy. did you also test functionality for osx clients?

Wants me to repair the full client. 5.87gb worth of downloading.. The launcher loads and says "The client is ready" when i click Play the client doesnt load and if i click it, it just automatically says "Not Responding" Any quick fixes would be appreciated, dont really want to wait 5 hours to download.

I got updated to the wrong build (376700). Try launching your client directly (using ~/bin/eve.exe) and see what it does. Also, repair tool worked for me. See log for errors doesn't always mean it didn't work

I also get the "CantResolveUrl" hang. Running the repair tool didn't fix it. Please assist. Ugh

This worked for me. Had the same problem with CantResolveUrl, but I just closed it, opened the client directly and it updated without problems :)

Would try the "repair tool" if I got a felling option too.
All I get is a small box marked "EvE online Launcher"
stating
- Downloading Launcher Update
[BAR]
remaining time : x:xx:xx

And repair tool to qoute Atomman "the repair tool, it doesn NOTHING"

When I ran the launcher updater this morning, I had the cantresolveurl problem. Just ran the updater (~/launcher/cache/updater) and the launcher is back (for now)

Rapair tool ends with complete, but launcher keeps getting error.
And I can't post the error as the forums get "ganked" when I try...
