Launcher updated, client update won't start

On my second computer the launcher updated normally. After launching the client I expected to see the client side update and waited for it. Never happened.

Client will launch, I can attempt to log, however the client can not connect and will not start the client side update.

Rebooted, ran the repair tool.

No effect.

Can anyone offer any help ?

I started to get the same issue today after having the client work last night right after inferno. I ran the repair tool like it suggested and everything, but no dice :(

run repair tool and let it update eve if required and then launch exefile.exe located in eve\bin\ folder it seems the launcher chrashes un some files it can't dl or find but eve will launch fine after repair tool has updated your client.
