Seems like any patch beginning with IN should be avoided at CCCP.

Either that or they are back to their good (?) old method of not giving a F... as to what other people (ie. their PAYING subscribers) say.

You can guess I give you that freedom, not unlike with this new "expansion" that is more like a patch than an actual release from where I see it.

So let us grind through the fabulous FEATURES again, shall we?

1: missiles
Looks awesome and it's a petty that my rig can't handle it properly so no 60FPS for me I guess... must be running an old PC, I know I am so last year...

2: Graphics update
Did you run out of GOLD for the Amarr, or is that the Minmatar lobby was too strong in your midst? Right now Amarr ships look dark and darker. No golden hulls for me. Silly me, I expected something shiny. Or is it the dark grim future that you are literally painting us in advance?

3: War declaration
I haven't been in a war dec for some time now. And while I applaud the chance on the terms that fleeing a war is just ... meh, I do feel like that cost-scaling will only hurt small corps running a business.

4: Kill reports
Cool, we had that for years, it's called eve killboards. There are at least a 100-300 (thousand) of them lying around on the net, programmed by third parties FOR FREE.

5: Mercenary marketplace
Not sure it was what we really needed. (Bounty system anyone? I could give you advice on that for free!)

6: Factional Warfare
I am sure as hell no one really needed THIS change. Altering FW - good, doing so on your own terms - bad. Every player comment I have read is negative towards stations changing hands every other day.

7: Modules
Stuff that is not really necessary. I wonder how many Bhaalgorns will have to die to bring you this message...

8: Character creator
16 new skin tones, cool... a: I have already made my decision ; b: where is WiS so that I can groove with the other players "oh you used skin shade #15... you are so cheap!" ; c: don't care because I am using station view most times.

9: Unified inventory
Almost every player cried on the test forums who tried it. STILL you added this feature. The only decent thing you COULD have done would have been to add a ticker at the settings: Do you want new shiny thingy? Yes/No. If yes then "you bought it, you broke it" if no then back to the old one. You added this option to the Walk In SmallSpaceAppartmentWithaBalcony thing, you know... Now where did I leave my large ammo for the gun?

10: Incursions
Ripard Teg has a nice blog post about your fabulous Incursion revamp. Pretty much neutered the whole incursion stuff from where I can see.

11: Effects Bar
Nice, although I really miss the option to lock up the whole bloody group by one click.

12: Opportunities
What? Where? Mining? Don't be kidding me! You did not boosted mining, you negated other incomes. That is a BIG difference! And not a feature. I know Apple tried to sell the copypaste ... again ... but you could have guessed where this will lead: a bad taste in the mouth of most people (Datecores, anyone?)

13: more UI stuff
Good, pitty it cannot add stuff properly together.

ps: I still do NOT make 100m ISK / h in high. Not with Incursions, not with mining and sure as hell not with running missions!

What a fine and balanced review you have given to this expansion. Everything in it is wrong, you are right about everything. So everyone go home and OP will design the game from now on.

No, because the rage is always ridiculous and caused by self-entitled people who can't handle changes, and most people just keep enjoying EVE.

I can give you a hint- the ammo is not in your Ship Maintenance Array.

OP, wall of text stupid tears .. just go out and cry wherever .. Inferno is a good patch it needs to be adjusted a little bit more.

So CCP please close the Mimimimimi threat

Pretty shure he is talking about cap batteries having a chance of reflecting cap neuting back at you.

As for the other mods , their concept is interesting , but need a slight buff to be worthwhile.

Also people need to stop whining about everything , i've seen it all from "inventory sucks" to "amarr v3 sucks" when are we getting a "expansion screen sucks" whine post ?
