Account is correct, and paid with free character slots. When i login to account management and Character Transfer, i see " Your account is closed for character transfer. "

You will have to wait a moment, i cannot transfer character to any of my accounts apparently, i dont know why, i already made new one, paid for it, and characters cannot be transfered on that too.
I filled a petition regarding this case 10h ago, still no response.
