Hey people! I am considering starting a 3rd party service since we are in need of a trusted 3rd party in the US TZ. So here is what I am going to do. I am going to start some easy low cost Lottos that (hopefully =D) will gain some peoples trust over time.

Third Lotto (War3)

I am giving away 1 bil to the winner.
Winner takes all.
There will be 120 tickets at 10 mil each.
There is a bump prize of 200 mil (see below!!)
Changing it up a bit because I think my alliance mates are trolling me and buying all the tickets lol..
Yes I know there is no profit in this for me but I am asking for peoples trust, which is pretty rare in eve and it would be rude to make a profit off of it before I have it.


How to buy a ticket.
Send me (Warrrules with 3 Rs!!!) a multiple of 10 mil EXACTLY with the reason War3. Any thing not a multiple of 10 mil will be considered a tip until I hear otherwise from the person who sent it. If you mail me and I catch it, I will send it back to you if you ask nicely =). 10 mil for 1 ticket, 30 for 3, 50 for 5. 39 mil will only get you 3 with a 9 mil tip.

Bumping and how to win the prize!
I am giving away 200 mil to a post that bumps but there is a catch.. You have to post a witty/funny comment in your bump. The goal is to make me and everyone else laugh. The top 10 comments with the most likes will be entered into a separate roll in the order they were posted. The number of the roll will determine the winner =). You can bump once per day per CCPs rules but only your highest voted comment will count. You can not have multiple comments in the running.

How I am running the Lotto.
I will set up a full API key that will show the transactions of my wallet (Posted at the end of the lotto). Ticket numbers will be the order they are received. Chribba's Dice will decide the winner (http://eve-files.com/tools/dice/view/War1). All of this will be tracked with some form of paper trail so the winner will be very clear! At the end of the lotto, any one that bought a ticket but did not get one will be refunded.

Why you can trust me.
Well until I build a few successful lottos, you cant.. Some reasons that might easy your mind towards this one though, I built super capitals and have sold/bought several super carriers. 1 bil is in the single digits in terms of % of my total wallet so I am more interested in your trust then your money with this lotto. As a side note (if it means anything to people here), I plan to run for the next CSM and want my name in good standing with the community.

Bump 50/120 tickets sold!! If there aren't 10 bumps, the 200 mil bump prize will be added to the first place prize. Also my 3rd party thread is now up.
