From my poor pictures if it were one universal account it will be 100 times easier to manage players.

EVE and Dust will share a namespace. WoD won't. Hence it makes sense to tie eve and dust logins, but not wod. Maybe tying the account management pages together would be reasonable, but you'll notice acct management is already separate from spacebook and the rest. I don't want twilight noobs spamming our forums... however it would be fun to go to their forums and mock them mercilessly for being 40 year old men that want to bone edward...

Well ok universal account management if anything, i personally would like 1 time billing instead of seperate ones.

Plus universal account does not mean you have access to those forums.

Using battle.net as an example. Say you have a CCP account and bought WoD. Since you only have that game, in the account management / details of that game, you would only be able to forum post / whore in that games forums only. If you tried to access eve, it would say you need a full paid account to access forums and functionality.

I guess i should rephrase it to this.

Would the people of EvE be open to a universal CCP games account for the purposes of payment, subscriptions, petition management if you play 2 or more CCP games?

Yes I know WOD is not part of eve online, it is part of CCP GAMES, honestly have any of you played on battle.net or even played other games. Just because it's one master account does not mean you can access other games.

Cryptic has 2 games, and universal accounts, however unless you pay for both of them you only have access to the functionality / forums / etc of one of the games. I myself will use my battle.net example. i play sc2 and i have a diablo II account. as a result i can mange those two games no problem from battle.net however since i have no WoW account, i cannot manage anything from that, nor can i post on their forums or anything else.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

Since dust will be using eve gate and thus have a shared login a general login page for those two games isn't a bad idea.

Currently many people use different accounts and log into different accounts, having them all share one online identity can be an advantage but you'd sure need to secure it well cause access to 2+ games + a whole bunch of accounts is a juicy target for account stealers.

WoD account sharing is a moot issue atm, but I guess that eve gate can turn into CCP gate or something and do the same thing.

CCP login = Access to different accounts - WoD Gate
- EVE Gate
- EVE ONLINE
- DUST 514

Now that i written it down it looks confusing.

That's the idea it would be a CCP log in. And depending on what games you had is what gates you would have access too.

Now you bring up a good point i didn't think of, people with multiple accounts, for one game, this could be an advantage for them so they could manage all their accounts. HOWEVER CCP would need to put in a ton of more security measures so 1 person couldnt ninja 3 accounts or something. Say like site keys or bind log into the address.
