Merlin Hybrid midrange rail Build?

I am a missle man I am great with missles but these damn hybrids are getting the best of me lol. I am trying to set up a kiting merlin. lol. I really want to hit hard at that 15km range just out of webbing range. My gunnery skills are kind of crap.

High power
3x 125mm Compressed Coil Gun I
Medium power
1x Fleeting Warp Disruptor I
1x Experimental 1MN Afterburner I
2x Small Shield Extender II
Low power
1x Local Hull Conversion Nanofiber Structure I
1x Local Hull Conversion Overdrive Injector I
1x Fourier Transform Tracking Program
Rig Slot
1x Small Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I
1x Small Core Defense Field Extender I
1x Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I

So that is my fit righ tnow really only does 20DPS a second so need some help here refitting it so I can kit from about 15km but actually perform decent damage.

Alright, you're working on skills already, and T2 small guns only take a couple of days max. Next, get all support skills to 3 and then 4. Next up, never use small shield extenders. If you're going to use two slots, use a small T2 shield booster and cap booster. The other mids were fine. I don't have Inferno EFT yet, but I flew the old merlin (RIP rockets) extensively. If you want rails to do any damage, you'll need at least one Magnetic Field Stabilizer. I'd probably go with 1 TE, 1 nano and 1 Magstab in the lows. Also, you'll probably want to use CN Thorium ammo, or consider downgrading to 75mm rails with spike. Rigs should either be agility/speed mods, range/tracking hybrid rigs, or shield booster/cap rigs (no CCCs please).

Again, all speculation without EFT backup, but it seems like it should work.

Or a cormorant. A little comorant with little 75mm guns hit farther than 35km I think.
