Hey people! I am considering starting a 3rd party service since we are in need of a trusted 3rd party in the US TZ. So here is what I am going to do. I am going to start some easy low cost Lottos that (hopefully =D) will gain some peoples trust over time.

First Lotto

I am giving away 1 bil to the winner.
Winner takes all.
There will be 10 tickets at 100 mil each.
Yes I know there is no profit in this for me but I am asking for peoples trust, which is pretty rare in eve and it would be rude to make a profit off of it before I have it.


How to buy a ticket.
Send me (Warrrules with 3 Rs!!!) 100 mil EXACTLY with the reason War1. Any thing not 100 mil will be considered a tip until I hear otherwise from the person who sent it. If you mail me and I catch it, I will send it back to you if you ask nicely =).

How I am running the Lotto.
I will set up a full API key that will show the transactions of my wallet (Posted at the end of the lotto). Ticket numbers will be the order they are received. Chribba's Dice will decide the winner (http://eve-files.com/tools/dice/view/War1). All of this will be tracked with some form of paper trail so the winner will be very clear! At the end of the lotto, any one that bought a ticket but did not get one will be refunded.

Why you can trust me.
Well until I build a few successful lottos, you cant.. Some reasons that might easy your mind towards this one though, I built super capitals and have sold/bought several super carriers. 1 bil is in the single digits in terms of % of my total wallet so I am more interested in your trust then your money with this lotto. As a side note (if it means anything to people here), I plan to run for the next CSM and want my name in good standing with the community.

I think you'd do better asking for less than 100mil from people on your first time out, maybe 100 tickets at 10mil or 1000 tickets at 1mil til you gain some trust/reputation.

Thanks for the suggestion. I considered this for a while before and came up with a problem doing it that way and a problem doing it this way.. Getting 100 people to trust me is a lot harder then 10, however 100 mil is a decent amount of money for some people. Its an interesting problem xD If I have issues getting this off the ground then I will definitely be giving your way a shot!

You never get perfect trust in EVE (and pretty rarely out of it) but for what it's worth, I'd trust this guy with a few billions.

I've given warrrules some money every now and then and he's payed it back within the week, and if he loses a loaner ship from me for the op immediately I get the money in my wallet for the ship to cover it, and sometimes extra isk.

+1 warrrules because he's a nice guy and trustable.
