cannot patch now trying with elivated privlages

both eve installs, exactly like it messed up with inferno, how do i get around this without downloading the whole client again (slow connection)

seriously whats this elevated privileges thing about, i am the administrator how can i not attempt to download this 700 meg over and over and it not work.

For me it starts creating 376700-379700_.patch file and starts creating it again... then it say it is all kinds of corrupted and failed to apply the patch and tries with raised privileges... then fails again. It is actually getting boring redownloading ENTIRE EVE client every single major patch. (had no problems before the launcher though)

I got this message too, but I also got the message to restart my pc (windows 7) and everything worked just fine after that
