Removing POS-Guns from Inventory UI?

So how i can remove the POS guns from my UI? Everytime i open my ui while i am near out pos i see the 100 guns in my UI. This happens because they have storage space for ammo. Problem is i dont wan't or need to see them all the time. They are listed under 'starbase structures' along with all labs hangars and so on. If i minimize that, i dont see nothing.

Maybe put the guns under the tower itself where fuel and storntium bay are?

i say we take off and nuke the whole site from orbit. it's the only way to be sure

get your pos gunner role removed. problem solved.

That would be a solution, but a very dumb one...

So if you're in the middle of your POS, 20 km away from any POS gun all of their cargos will show up in the tree?

Its exactly like that right now. Funny thing is, you cant even see the content of the guns, because you have to be within range of 2500 meters.

Its okay to see the guns, its just the consequence of the new UI concept. But there has to be some filter you can activate to hide pos structures you are not interested in at the moment.

they need to remove the damn 2500m rule, i thought they changed that.....

Also they need to add a toggle to show guns/missles in the inventory list or not... or they need to add a tree sub-tree that is "weapons" that cna be collapsed

Yeah I'm really surprised this one did not come up. My suggestion would be to group all of the POS guns within a folder, or just exclude them completely as so far as I can tell, remote operations aren't allowed.

The same "group them" element would also go for structures such as POS labs and assembly arrays.

I like the idea of grouping them, and removing the damn 2500m crap, as it is its just a useless mechanic that has no real use if i'm in the pos let me manage the d*mn pos
