Less then 24 hrs to inferno --> patch notes? deployment plan?

Hello and good morning, sleapy heads.

We have a nice feature site now, thx.

But what about the most basic things:

deployment plan (going offline, deployment, restart of servers)?
Patchnotes - no mentioning, afaik, of datacore changes on the shiny new feature site.

More details would be thrilling...

No idea what the .5% extra tax is good for, it will only make trading more skill intensive at best ( seeing as the accounting skill will have slightly more effect )

Second, how long have you been playing Eve? Long enough to go through several new patches? if you don't have the feel for how it goes yet, perhaps you need a new game.

It's quite simple:

Deploy patch, announce servers back up at "x"

1st delay announcement for servers to be online

2nd announcement telling the patch needs another patch Lol

3rd announcement telling servers are going live immediately

3 hours later

4th announcement telling you to log and dl/apply another patch

Servers up

1h later

1st announcement servers are going down because of hamsters also need patch

You forgot the 5th announcement of an emergency patch as players have already found an exploit with the introduced changes, and the 6th announcement stating that fixes for all the things they broke in this release are coming Soon TM.

Once again, reading the patch notes, I'm left to wonder, "Who in the world is attaching such significance to such insignificant detail?" Or, "Someone is obviously bogged down in minutia."

Set long training skill...go outside and enjoy the sunshine on Tuesday ...log back in Wednesday after all the restarts and emergeny patches have been deployed and stay stress free!

No mention about fixing random FPS drops that can last from a minute to much longer. FPS will drop from a stable 60 to 10-15, for no reason, regardless of settings, even if entire computer is reformatted.

Also, the taxes... and I was just getting into manufacturing to, this will definitely affect my margins.

All warfare is based on deception and logistics. Battles and soldiers are secondary priorities.

According to the patch notes there are in fact three sets of bonuses for War Zone Control Tier 3 What?
